Nondiscrimination Statement
The Delhi Unified School District prohibits discrimination, intimidation, harassment,(including sexual harassment) or bullying in educational programs, activities, or employment based on a person’s actual or perceived ancestry, age, color, disability, gender, gender identity, gender expression, immigration status, nationality, race or ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, parental, pregnancy, family or marital status, or association with a person or a group with one or more of these actual or perceived characteristics. DUSD requires that school personnel take immediate steps to intervene when it is safe to do so and when they witness an act of discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or bullying.

Nondiscrimination and Equivalent Opportunities in Athletic Programs
The District is committed to providing gender equity and ensuring nondiscrimination in district and interscholastic athletic programs and activities. The district's athletic program shall be free from discrimination and discriminatory practices. The Superintendent or designee shall ensure that equivalent athletic opportunities are provided for males and females. Any complaint regarding the district's athletic program should be filed in accordance with the district's Uniform Complaint Procedures.
